Compliance-valid, cost-optimal routing & dispatch for London SME fleets
ContiRoute AI embeds CAZ/ULEZ, congestion charging, borough access restrictions, time windows, and vehicle emissions classifications directly into daily planning — so operators can choose routes that are feasible, compliant, and profitable.
London-first pilot programme for micro-fleets, owner-drivers, and SME logistics operators.
Regulation now determines delivery feasibility and profit
In UK urban logistics, regulatory rules no longer sit outside operations. CAZ/ULEZ charging, congestion charging, borough restrictions, and time windows directly determine whether a delivery is feasible, what it costs, and whether the job remains profitable. For many SMEs, compliance is still handled through manual interpretation, inconsistent knowledge, and post-hoc cost correction — creating avoidable charges, delays, and margin loss.
Regulation-native decision infrastructure — built for SME operations
ContiRoute AI turns regulatory rules into operational logic. We ingest and version regulatory datasets and combine them with your fleet profile and daily jobs to produce routes and dispatch decisions that are compliance-valid and economically optimal. Decisions are supported with a transparent “why this route” explanation and a clear cost breakdown.
Live Rule Ingestion
Real-time mapping of London's changing regulatory landscape (ULEZ/Congestion/LTNs).
Cost Transparency
Full breakdown including fuel, charging exposure, and delay risk before you dispatch.
Audit Trails
Versioning for every decision, providing clear reasoning for route choices.
How ContiRoute works
Inputs
Upload your jobs (multi-drop, time windows) and define your vehicles (emissions class, operating costs).
RCCM Engine
ContiRoute applies Regulation-Constrained Cost Minimisation — treating charging exposure as first-class constraints.
Outputs
Receive a compliant plan with full visibility: time, fuel, charging, and an audit trail of applied rules.
What you’ll improve
-
Reduce charge exposure Prevent avoidable compliance-related cost events through predictive routing.
-
On-time performance Improve reliability under strict borough time windows and access constraints.
-
Route Profitability Increase margins via true cost visibility (time, energy, charges, delay risk).
-
Auditability Clear “why this route” reasoning and dataset versioning for all decisions.
Designed for regulated urban logistics
Courier & Last-mile Operators
Multi-drop planning that accounts for charge zones, borough restrictions, and time windows.
Trades & Service Fleets
Appointment-window scheduling that reduces late risk and regulatory exposure across London.
Pharmacy & Medical Deliveries
Time-critical delivery planning with strong exception handling and auditability.
Join the London pilot (shadow mode → live mode)
We are onboarding a small number of London operators for a structured pilot where we first run routes in shadow mode (no operational disruption) and then, if useful, move into live operations.
Measurable Outcomes
- • Charge exposure (£) reduction
- • Time-in-traffic / inefficient miles
- • On-time reliability stability
What we need (lightweight)
- • Vehicle types/emissions class
- • Typical day’s jobs (addresses)
- • Shift hours & weekly feedback (15m)
Pilot participation is non-binding. We share insights whether or not you continue.
Governance and transparency
ContiRoute is built for environments where rules change and must be applied consistently. We track dataset versions and provide decision logs that show which rules were applied, when they were applied, and how they affected feasibility and cost. This supports operational confidence and easier internal training.

Everything you need to know about integrating ContiRoute into your existing dispatch workflow during our pilot phase.
Pilot FAQs (Operations)
Advisory mode (recommended routes)
During the pilot, ContiRoute provides recommended routes, stop order and ETAs. Your dispatch team remains in control — nothing is auto-dispatched without approval.
Overrides
Coordinators can override stop order, vehicle assignment and timings at any point. We log the decision context (“why this route”) for auditability.
Setup time
If jobs are shared via CSV/Excel/Google Sheet, first outputs can be generated the same day. After the first template is confirmed, typical setup is 15–45 minutes.
Integrations
Pilot runs via CSV/Excel/Google Sheets import/export. API/webhook integration can be added after value is proven.
Last-minute changes
New urgent jobs or delays can trigger a re-optimisation and we return an updated recommended plan with minimal disruption (a “delta plan”).
Vehicle types and stop times
We model vehicle type and key constraints, plus service/stop times. Parking/wait time can be set as a configurable allowance and refined with your feedback.
Mixed fleets
Mixed fleets (van/car/bike) can be planned, with allocation based on suitability and constraints.
Customer updates
We can output clean ETA/status updates for your customer comms process. Full messaging is optional and not required for the pilot.
Responsibility
ContiRoute is decision-support. Your operations team remains responsible for final decisions during the pilot.
Pilot agreement
The pilot LOI is non-binding and for evaluation only.
